Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with NestKit. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on the way. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time = processing time + transit time. Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–12 business days (Standard) · 3–5 business days (Express)
- Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons. Some items ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, which may extend transit time — this is reflected in the windows above.
Shipping Rates
- US Standard: $8 flat — FREE on orders over $70
- US Express: $15
- International: calculated at checkout (USPS / DHL) based on destination and weight
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't moved after 7 business days, contact us at yijiecao.1991@gmail.com.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country once the parcel arrives. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Wrong Address & Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimates above or appears lost in transit, contact us — we'll open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it can't be located.
